Alice is an author, professional speaker, mindbody educator, and enlightenment collaborator whose services are aimed at helping you flourish in your personal, work-related, or vocational life.

She understands the pressure of family responsibilities, relationship issues, financial concerns, and the longing to fulfill your dreams and ambitions. Through her own, often isolated, struggles Alice appreciates the need for a teacher/collaborator who can see the light at the end of the tunnel when you can’t. She will help you learn to identify and trust your unrecognized potential and intuition. Alice believes that successful living is organic and ever-evolving.

In 2003, Alice established the Yogatsu Institute for Conscious Living and Healing Studies, offering an array of certification and non-certification courses: yoga, meditation, energy psychology, various forms of Asian bodywork and healing, as well as practical intuition.  

In addition, Alice teaches the intimacy that exists between the thoughts we think, the beliefs we have, the familial and societal expectations that are given us upon birth, and how all combine to influence the life-giving energy that moves through and around the human body. It is this life-force energy that determines the level of health the body will experience.

As an Energy Psychologist and Educator, Alice can help each individual determine the kind of thoughts, non-supportive beliefs, emotional reactions, and poor habitual behaviors that create unhealthy physical symptoms, and nonphysical dysfunctions in various areas of life.
